The skirt ends are walnut with a moulded oak inlay on the bottom. The skirt sides are oak with a moulded walnut inlay on the bottom. Because of the inlayed moulding at the bottom of the skirt pieces, I used a dual joint on the corners. They are a finger joint down to the inlay and then they change to a mitered joint.
